The Peak to Peak Tour

Thanks for supporting the Its All Good 10th Annual Ride for Breast Cancer

We Raised $5000 with 100 riders this year!

The 2007 Its all good ride started off as a cold morning. One by one riders rumbled in to ride for the cause despite the chill in the air. Everyone had good energy and was in it for the days events. The ride up through Black Hawk to Rollinsville was spectacular! The view, the fresh smell of pine, and just being up in the mountains was exhilarating. The Stage Stop in Rollinsville was a pleasant surprise for those that had not been there before. Who knew that a little blue grass good make a person feel so good. Elephant Revival was a breath of fresh air and left riders feeling a sense of intrigue and peace. Riding through the hills to Lyons made for a chilly ride but still amazingly beautiful. Destined back to Denver, some riders made their way home to warm up. Those who headed back to In the Zone in Golden made out like bandits on raffle prizes and auction items. The Informants put on a great show and were troopers in the elements for sure! All in all it was a great day! Thanks to all the riders that made it out. Your dedication was greatly appreciated. For those of you that weren't able to make it, you were truly missed. Please click here to check out all the great photos.

What:

The Its All Good Ride was established in 1998 and this year it will be 10 years running. This year we are switching it up and taking a mountain tour of the Peak to Peak and it is going to be an all day event. In the Zone will be the perfect place to start off the day. We will have Fair Trade Coffee and breakfast goodies to get the riders balanced for the day. The first stop in Rollinsville will a great time with a beautiful view and live music from The Elephant Revival Concept Riding on in through Nederland and into Lyons will work up an appitite for some delicious Sloppy Joes made with hormone free, grass fed beef and local harvest side dishes provided by The Wild Spur.

We believe our bikers deserve to be enlightened to the good stuff. After all, we are riding for health so no time like the present to eat healthy food that tastes good too. At the Outlaw we will be entertained by Stoney Slue. After lunch we will ride back to Golden to where we started and have a grand finale. The Informants will play for our entertainment and the silent auction and raffle tickets will be called. Please feel free to invite your friends that don't ride to meet you at In the Zone for the final party. This year's ride is important as we are making a stand for something differnet. We believe that riding for breast cancer means riding for health in yourself, the planet, and being aware of your choices. Good food is not just for "Granolas." Bikers need love too.

Why:

The Tara Wellness Group has been an evolutionary vision. We began our mission as hairstylists to assist women living with breast cancer through the transition of hairloss due to chemothereapy. We have grown in our vision and education to raise our awareness on Preventive health and healing for all women. Because of the Its All Good riders we will be able to create workshops, education, and wellness for women living with breast cancer and for women who want to prevent breast cancer.
